Matt Carter, began catering in August of 2006, our intentions were to cater for power crews during disasters. We are contracted with a company who provides these services. However, his wife Lacey Carter, was asked to do her first wedding that September and she accepted. They both learned very quickly catering was very hard work and a completely different type of food service, both being in the food industry for many years.
Catering for large companies to small barbeques, Carter's enjoys putting on an event to remember. Our main focus is on providing top quality food and parallel service. We are fully equipped to feed 1000s of guests at a time. Our equipment includes 2 Rotisserie style pit smokers, and a large grill with three fryers. Carters has an office and prep kitchen located in Adel, Ga. We travel and have the capacity to cook on site. We take pride in southern cuisine, most recognized for seafood buffets and "Carters" Fried Chicken. Let us help plan your next event.
